Matt Hoover leads the Employee Benefits consulting practice at Quantum. His talents for management, organization, and critical thinking allow him to direct the Employee Benefits team alongside Quantum’s founder.
Matt has been at Quantum for nearly a decade and arrived on the team with years of experience in Private Client Banking. After a successful time advising individual clients with all their financial needs in the banking world, Matt joined Quantum to focus on Employee Benefits for companies across the country. Matt enjoys tennis, taking his cats on hikes, and baking with his husband.
April Munson coordinates the Life, Disability, Long Term Care, and Wealth Mastery consulting services at Quantum. Her skills in communication, case management, technology, and workflow systems allow Quantum to deliver bespoke guidance for clients across a wide spectrum of needs. April helps ensure best-in-class outcomes for Quantum clients, by liaising continually on their behalf across all lines of business.
April is a graduate of Westminster College with a degree in Financial Economics. She is a certified insurance professional currently pursuing her CFP at Belmont University in TN. She is also a loving wife, mother of 3 young children, and huge fan of Nashville inspired fashion.
