Founder & CEO
Jud spent the last decade helping employers navigate employee benefits. He founded Quantum on a straightforward principle: put the client first, always. His leadership keeps Quantum focused on transparency, smart plan design, and year-round service – not just renewal season.

Matt helps lead Quantum’s Employee Benefits practice and brings nearly a decade of experience designing benefits for businesses across the country. With a background in Private Client Banking, he combines financial expertise with hands-on problem solving.
When he’s not meeting with clients, Matt enjoys tennis, baking with his husband, and hiking with his cats.
April oversees Quantum’s consulting for Life Insurance, Disability, Long-Term Care, and Wealth Mastery. Known for her communication, case management, and workflow expertise, she ensures clients get tailored solutions across every line of business.
She holds a degree in Financial Economics and is currently pursuing her CFP.
