ASSESS
No broker can recommend benefits properly without understanding the business first. As broker consultants we first meet with your leadership to understand the needs and issues your company is facing. We review payroll systems, legal compliance, current benefits, and your goals for your firm. Only then can a consultant truly make relevant proposals.
COMPILE
With the assessment done, we begin quoting ALL AVAILABLE OPTIONS for your company. This includes direct-carrier plans (with all available carriers), PEOs, level-funding, self-funding, Reference-Based Pricing (RBP), and more. Once we've gathered every option possible, we sift through the data until we find the most cost-effective solutions.
PROPOSE
With the best options selected, we put together an easy to understand comparison proposal. We meet with you company's leadership to review the proposal, answer any questions you might have, note any adjustments needed, and discuss the timeline for implementation.
IMPLEMENT
We implement the new benefits package by building the HRIS platform for the employees. We integrate the payroll system, the 401k solution (or create a new one), meet with your employees to discuss the new solutions and answer their questions. Finally we oversee the enrollment period and watchdog the carriers to make sure everything is executed correctly.

Our consultant and broker services are 100% free. We're paid in commission for any products you select. There's no markup for using our services. The costs are the same whether you use a broker or not. And for groups over 100, prices are negotiated by our team to get you the best rates possible.

We work with companies from 2 to 1000 employees. Our sweet spot is small group - under 100 employees. To us, these are the most exciting, and usually the firms that need the most help.

No! While we're based in Los Angeles, we're licensed in almost every state in the US. We work with a lot of firms based in California that have branches in other states.
Do You Need a Large Firm?
Quantum is a small, powerful, award-winning firm that launched when others were folding. We pride ourselves on being the most knowledgeable in our field. And if you have less than 100 employees, almost all firms won't even work with you. We like being small, it makes us fast, nimble, and able adapt to a ever-changing landscape.
